Hot Power Yoga
(teachers: Jacqueline Dagle, Genipher Love, Tara Morris and Allison Sheahan)

Consistent with the tradition of power yoga, each class begins with sun salutations followed by a series of strengthening and balancing poses set to music in a tempoed flow.   The room is hot (110 degrees in Tara’s, and 100 degrees in Lauren’s) and the class, slightly different every time, is always strong.   Lauren’s class is Goldilocks Flow…absolutely challenging and fun and strengthening, but also deep and meaningful with time to stretch and relax at the end. You will sweat and feel absolutely accomplished. Tara’s class is packed with lots of poses is challenging both mentally and physically. It’s an experience.

Vinyasa with Rebecca DeCristofaro

Thoughtfully designed, each TLO Vinyasa class is organized in a ladder sequence, providing a breakdown of poses to build into a true vinyasa flow with challenging and fluid transitions and balance. The class begins with breath to movement sequencing and stretching to ready the body and mind for more powerful transitions and balance poses. Through alignment cuing and full body engagement, you can expect to develop a strong, confident, and rewarding yoga practice. The room is hot (110 degrees).

Candlelight Yin with Jen Phillips

A 75-minute class with a mixture of meditation and floor-based asana with bolsters, blocks, blankets and essential oils. The room is a set temp of 80 degrees. With its stilling nature, Yin  helps to move our mind to a state of quiet and calm which helps balance our nervous system. As we age, our joints and connective tissues tighten and lose elasticity leaving us feeling stiff, but with prolonged practice Yin reduces tightness bringing fluidity to your movement and overall better health.  This class is perfect for every. body.

Restore and Renew with Courtney Sprague

Expect a classic Restorative Yoga class with no movement and no stretching, just a deeply relaxing and restoring deep rest with bolsters and blankets.  The room will be dark, warm, and quiet, and you'll be able to truly reset to restore yourself.  Wear comfortable, loose clothes and absolutely no experience is necessary.  Just come rest with us.

Stretch & Reset with Courtney Sprague

Stretch & Reset will be your new favorite way to wrap up your week! Expect the beginning of class to focus on gentle, feel-good yoga flows, followed by gentle, full-body stretches and true restorative poses to reset your body and mind. This class is all you need to reconnect and recenter yourself after a busy week and re-energize you just in time for the weekend.

Join Courtney is this warm (80-degreesish) class where you'll learn poses of a power yoga class in a very slow pace. Prepare to sweat, but also prepare to learn each pose slowly.   Courtney will offer hands-on adjustments when needed (and only if you'd like).  Beginners welcome!

Slow Flow by Candle Light with Extended Savasana and Sound Bowl

All yoga levels are welcome in this 75 minute, slower paced, meditative style class. The room is warm:  80 degrees. This class is a slow flow and emphasizes mindful engagement, awareness and ease through each pose with a focus on breath to movement. Class concludes with an extended Savasana and a sound bath.

26 + 2
(teachers: Zabi Alejandro and Tara Morris)

The 26+2 yoga sequence, also known as hot or Bikram yoga, is a powerful and transformative hatha practice that combines 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises from Bishnu Ghosh's 84 yoga sequence. The 26+2 yoga sequence comprises 26 postures carefully selected to work the entire body. Each posture balances specific body systems, organs, and muscles and provides the often-sought strengthening and stretching of the muscles.

Additionally, the two breathing exercises incorporated in the sequence help calm the mind and improve respiratory function. The 26+2 is performed in a heated room to enhance flexibility, increase circulation, and promote holistic detoxification through sweating.

In this class, you will receive a comprehensive step-by-step dialogue to help you navigate the 26+2 sequence, including modifications and proper alignment. Each posture prepares you for the next posture, leaving you with undeniable benefits at the end of class. Whether you are new to hot yoga or seeking to deepen your understanding of the sequence, this class is perfect.

Jacqueline Dagle

Jacqueline Dagle (RYT-500) developed a love for yoga at a young age when she accompanied her mother to a class at a local community center. She has been involved in the practice ever since and has developed a passion for the positive connection yoga enforces between physical and emotional well-being.

After completing her teacher trainings, Jacqueline went on to support students as both a yoga teacher and a resource for students attaining their own teaching certifications. Jacqueline has gained experience teaching a wide variety of styles including power yoga, hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and adaptive for a diverse community of students. She also has experience leading content-based classes focused on topics including anatomy, ayurveda, and the philosophical aspects of yoga.

Jacqueline views yoga as a method of making space for ourselves on the mat, both physically and mentally. Through the practice and teaching of yoga, Jacqueline has found a creative outlet fostering balance in her life. As a teacher, Jacqueline’s goal is for her power flow classes to be physically and mentally nurturing, while offering a present, playful, and empowering outlet for students!

Rebecca DeCristofaro

Like many people’s yoga stories, Rebecca initially sought out yoga as a workout, but quickly found it was definitely that, but SO much more. Less than 6 months after taking her first yoga class, she started her 200hr YTT journey to augment her own practice and to learn how to deliver an inspiring experience to students. Rebecca teaches the way she likes to practice – fluid transitions, thoughtful balance, strong engagement and movement – all unified through breath. A perennial student, she’s constantly pursuing development opportunities through workshops, mentorship and teacher trainings to always bring something new and challenging to her yoga community.

When Rebecca’s not practicing or teaching, you can find her on her small horse farm in North Smithfield, RI – herding ducks, waiting on horses, tending to her garden, working remote (as a project manager) and probably thinking about yoga.

Robin Dizoglio

Robin Dizoglio began her wellness journey 41 years ago as a participant in group exercise and instantly connected to the field. She grounded her roots with her first certification and began to
branch off into different styles. Her high intensity classes always matched her high intensity
energy and presence. From boot camp to spin, her participants lined the floor with sweat. Not
wanting to ditch the burpees, mountain climbers and push-ups, she reluctantly tried her first
yoga class with a personal training client. Walking in with a confident swag, she graciously
walked out humbled and in love with how her body needed this grounded strength and
flexibility it was never given prior. Class after class, Robin realized she needed to deepen her
roots and in 2018 she received her YTT-200 certification. Since then, the headstands,
handstands and arm balances became less important as the spiritual mind and body connection blossomed. The Eight Limbs of yoga are more than a mantra to Robin, it has become ingrained in her way of life. In her classes, you will find a perfect Yin and Yang balance between
mindfulness and strength and power. Robin’s daily affirmation- sprinkle kindness wherever you
go and watch positivity grow.

Genipher Love

Genipher Love has always been a seeker since birth. Stemming from blood roots from Thailand and India, a yogic life has always been present. After spending many of her earlier years exploring different religions, she found her path to the mat seeking a spiritual connection. The abundance of life tragedies, toxic lifestyle and a 10 year alcohol addiction lead to a deeper dive into herself.

Genipher began incorporating childhood Buddhism practices along with spiritual practices from other cultures. She received her 200hr YTT in Rishikesh, India in April 2019. She now completely leans on the Divine for intuitive knowledge and inspiration. She currently teaches yoga classes at several studios in CT & RI. She also facilitates sacred Full Moon & Cacao Ceremonies, and a variety of workshops centered around coming back to your heart space. Her deepest intention for each Yogi is to uplift one’s own soul & create a loving community for everyone to reach their highest Self. When she is not on the mat or traveling you can find her outdoors with Mother Earth or tending to all her cats and 300 houseplants.

Jen Phillips

Shortly after Jen began practicing yoga she decided to enrich her practice and enrolled in a 200-hr YTT. There she realized how much it reached her on a spiritual level and wanted to share her passion by teaching. Soon after settling into a Yin practice, she felt the peaceful benefits of stillness of mind and body through consistent practice. She also recognized how much it touched her soul and felt close to her nature. Jen continued her training specifically into Yin and Reiki healing. Her hope is to touch her students with Yin in the same way it made carving out time to practice so important to her, in order to find balance. When she is not teaching and practicing, you’ll find Jen in Exquisite Smiles in South Attleboro, MA helping the community of patients with their dental needs. Most closely to her heart is her family. She loves spending time with her husband Gerry and Irish twins, Reis and Mia.

After dabbling in yoga for several years Courtney realized the true power in her practice to quiet the mind and find peace on her mat in 2021. Through her personal practice, Courtney learned a lot about the important connection between physical and mental health by making time for herself to get quiet on her mat. As she set out to deepen her practice, Courtney enrolled in yoga teacher training where she found an unexpected love for hot power yoga and continued to foster her appreciation for mindful restorative practices. Throughout her classes, Courtney sets to inspire her students to find movements that empower their body and mind on and off their mat.
